Today I ate ramen and took a walk in Komaba🚶 It has been a while since I went out for a holiday in the city center. I wandered around the Japan Folk Crafts Museum and the former Maeda family's main residence. The Maeda family house is free and you can see the gorgeous house for free 💡.
Now, we will have our first Toyonou Ume. The aroma is sweet and tasty rice. The sweetness and acidity are well balanced on the palate, with a clean finish in the second half. It seems to have been aged for a year, but it has a fresh feeling. It is easy to drink as a food wine. It is delicious with eggplant with sesame oil, Yanagawa-style hot pot left over from yesterday, and tofu and potherb mustard salad 😊.
