Hosted by Mitobe Brewery. They use white malted rice. Fresh lemon aroma - lemon juice with sourness and citrus bitterness. But it is quite asary. It might be better if the taste was a little more distinct. It's a little blurry. This year's theme is pairing with fermented foods, so I tried a recipe (?) developed by Mitsuo. I also tried a recipe developed by Mitsuo. Chicken meat marinated in yogurt and miso. Just marinate chicken meat in yogurt and miso paste and bake it. Since there is no element of sweetness in the seasoning, maybe a more sweet and sour type of sake would go better with this dish.
