This is a summer sake, sweeter than the hi-ire junmai ginjo, and delicious!
This brand is not often seen outside of sake stores in the eastern part of Hyogo Prefecture and the Himeji area. The flavor is similar to that of Senzuke, also from Hyogo Prefecture.
