On a weekday evening when I had some free time, I stopped by and tried a sake that I had never tried before. It's a bit pricey at 1,000 yen a glass, but I wanted to see how I would feel if I had a good sake when I wasn't drunk...!
The gold label gives it a luxurious look. When you take a sip, the aroma spreads and it feels very sweet. I wonder if this is a characteristic of daiginjos...it feels fruity.
I was beginning to think that my own taste was Junmai? I was beginning to think that my own taste was Junmai, so I guess I was not ready for something this gorgeous yet.
Next time, I would like to order two cups at the same time to compare the different tastes.
