This is the 5th bottle of this year's Maikaze series!
It's been a while since I've had a "Kantou no Hana", but this is the first Maikaze type, so it's one I've been looking forward to👍.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was clear and had a slightly fruity aroma.
It has a crisp mouthfeel and a gaseous feel, making it refreshing and sharp.
I was surprised at the dry taste, which is outstanding among the Maikaze series and other sake from the same brewery that I have had!
However, it is not only spicy, but also has the mild sweetness and umami of "Maikaze". The freshness of the lush, raw sake and the bright astringency are also present in this well-proportioned taste ✨.
The aftertaste is also refreshing. The aftertaste is also refreshing, similar to that of a Ramune or cider!
I was surprised at how different it was from the "Sei", "Meiho Akagi", and "Hizirizm" I have had in the past!
But the interesting thing is that I can feel the same atmosphere at the core 👐.
