It has a fresh fruity aroma like green apple, but it also has a strong raw material aroma like white sugar and glutinous rice. There is also a nutty, slightly savory, full-bodied impression.
The taste has a slightly thick texture, which is typical of Kaze no Mori with its hard water. When opened, it has a fine fizzy feeling. Although there is a delicious aftertaste, bitterness is added in the second half, and the sharpness is also firm, giving the impression of a dry mouthfeel with a higher alcohol content than the 14% alcohol content.
