We will have a sake from Iwate, which we received as part of our hometown tax payment.
It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing sourness that spreads in the mouth as soon as you take a sip. It has a refreshing aftertaste. It is easy to drink and delicious. When you sip it slowly, you can smell the aroma of sake.
It is a nice touch.
It goes well with sea bream sashimi, as it says it goes well with white meat sashimi.
It is a good sake.
