Memorandum of Go Around Osaka
The 3rd restaurant, Wagatsuki.
We got in without waiting in line.
The appetizer was Namenro and the sake was Kawakame Junmai Sake and Sake Rice Aizan.
The sake was served at room temperature, so the original flavor of the rice was strong and the sake was dry for Aizan, with a sake meter of +5.
Even Aizan can be dry 🍀.
Usually Aizan is like Cinderella at a ball, but this sake was like Cinderella after midnight 😅www!
One glass wasn't enough, so we added a bottle of H27 Yamahai Junmai Harazake with a limited edition tortoise shell label!
Yamahai Junmai Harazake H27 with Alc 18, aged for 7 years!
You can imagine how rich it is just by hearing the word "yamahai"!
It was as thick as I imagined it would be!
I could choose to drink it at room temperature or warmed up, and I chose to drink it at room temperature, but I thought it would be delicious warmed up.
