At Seibu Shibuya, I stopped by and was told by a shop assistant that it was fruity and recommended. There wasn't much information on it when I searched, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was betrayed in a good way!
It was juicy like a pear, but with the gasiness and strength of unpasteurized sake. For 1,250 yen, it's well worth the cost!
But all of Yamagata's sake is of a high level...
