じぇんてぃーれ
Almost transparent, with a faint scent of sake lees and grapes, the taste is clear and limpid, refreshing without being heavy, Tateyama-style, watery and light, with a hint of sweetness, so it is not boring. When it is included again, there is a hint of bitterness and sweetness. The aftertaste is a bit of the same. This is, after all, a sake that conjures up images of something like light. But not a dazzling, gentle light.
