La Jomon IDEHA x Harukasumi Hi-iri✨✨✨✨
This time, it was a collaboration with Kuribayashi Sake Brewery, so our expectations were undeniably high 😊.
Unfortunately, we were not able to get the draft sake, but we were able to buy the Hi-iri, so we will enjoy it right away.
The rice is Kame-no-o from a delicious farm, also 66% polished, brewed with Association #6 yeast, and the balance between the mild melon-uric aroma and acidity that is typical of Association #6 is really pleasant and the sake has a beautiful quality that is very delicious 😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is not too bitter or harsh in a good way and it disappears easily and the sake goes down the drain very quickly. It's a very good sake. ☺️
