We got to compare this Ottersai, Kinjaku, and Goddess's First Dream (sake opened on New Year's morning)!
The aroma is a fruity ginjo scent. When I took a sip! It's very similar to the Goddess no Hatsuyume we drank at home! The sake rice is Yamada Nishiki, and even though it's from Hagi and Iwakuni, it's also from Yamaguchi.
I'm sure it's good, but it's still very similar." After saying that, I drank the Goddess of Mercy Hatsuyume again. ...... No, not at all. It's interesting to compare drinking (laughs) The obvious difference among the three bottles is the Kinjaku. In the other two bottles, the first sweet and savory taste I felt was stronger in the Goddess Hatsume, but it had a crisp finish, and the Ottersai was a wonderfully delicious sake that I could drink with ease!
All three bottles have the same rice, yet they taste so different, sake is once again a profound drink 😀.
