Yuki no Bijin from Flax Cat Spark. It is said to be an active nigori, and I am wondering if it is schwashy.
On the first day, I was wary of the outburst, but it ended with a "pshu," and I was put off by the lack of gas. It was quite gassy in the mouth. Slightly drier than the Flax Cat, with no acidity.
Day 3 Variously calmed down and easy to drink. Elegant sugared cotton candy, dry aftertaste.
Day 7: Mixed with nigoromi and a little thicker. I like it.
