The mouthfeel is not very acidic, even though it seems to be a highly acidic sake. It is a rather dry sake with little sweetness, but thanks to its mouthfeel, it gives the impression of being a fresh and clean sake.
It has a slight yellowish taste and a lot of fine, weak legs.
I wonder if this is the last of the "Old Pine Sake Brewery"?
