A souvenir of my friend who went to Mie Prefecture on a business trip.
I didn't know it was made by Moriki Sake Brewery, known for "Rumiko's Sake". It seems that this sake was released to commemorate the inauguration of Toji Toyomoto Rie.
Slightly dry, but you can feel the sharp acidity and rice flavor. It's even better when it's warmed up.
It was nice to have a drink that you don't see here.
