I got a bottle of Dakei Junmai Daiginjo made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro, a sake rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture 😀 I had had Dakei Junmai Daiginjo with a different rice before. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, but the taste of the Hyakumangoku No Shiro is less sweet and more refreshing 😙 Either way, it's delicious 😎.
