I heard that it is a kijoshu made by blending junmai sake from 7 different breweries!
I was impressed by the strong sweetness and very strong taste of the kijoshu I had in the past, but this one is easy to drink!
The sweetness is strong but not habitual, and combined with the complex acidity, it was easy to drink 🤣.
I like this kind of sake with a lot of flavor. 👍️
