Basically, I don't like Yamahai or heated sake, but Snow Kayasha's Yamahai Junmai has none of the harshness of either, and is so good that I want to keep it on hand at home in the winter.
I recommend heating it up rather than serving it cold.
It also goes well with dried mackerel.
This is a sake for warming recommended by those who dislike warming up.
