A strangely named sake.
Apparently, "Nando" means that this sake is delicious both cold and hot.
In fact, when drunk cold, it has a rich aroma and a refreshing taste. It is also delicious lukewarm when served with hot pots. When heated, the aroma is so strong that it is a little bit bitter, but it is delicious.
However, if you drink it as a puffer fish fin sake, the aroma will compete with the aroma of the fin and not bring out the best of the fin sake.
Sake rice is Tsuyahime.
