I bought this on a trip to Kyoto!
It's sweet with a hint of spiciness towards the end, but neither is overpowering, making it a great match for food!
It doesn't interfere with the food, but the sake makes its own statement!
I thought it would be an easy name for a souvenir for visitors to Kyoto, since it's in Arashiyama, but I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted good!
