amyu
As the name suggests, it is best to drink it at 10 to 13 degrees Celsius, but here I dared to chill it in the refrigerator before serving it cold. The first sip had a unique aroma and taste like brewed sake, and I thought it would be like this. But as I drank it, it reached the right temperature, and the flavor became delicious, like muscat! It was easy to drink with a refreshing taste. Perhaps it was the combination with the Tsumami (horse-meat sashimi) that made me feel that way, but as a food sake, I would recommend this bottle. Also, as the label says, it seems to be a Hokkaido limited edition.
