This is the first Kaze no Mori. The acid and the bitterness are suppressed in the series, and the sweetness stands out. It is made from dew leaf wind produced only in Nara.
When you drink it, the fruity aroma goes through your nose with a good gaseous feeling!
The acidity is soft and the umami of the rice can be fully felt, which is exactly what I like right now! I can see why Kaze no Mori is so popular. I'd like to try to win the series.
