Astringency is also strong in the middle. The aftertaste is also astringent. Very distinctive, not unpleasant, but it will be a monster if you drink it with food that goes well with it. It can also be aged. Since it is a strong sake, it is suitable for sukiyaki with marbled meat or straight wagyu steak. On the other hand, it does not seem to go well with delicate white fish and sashimi. Sashimi with red meat.
