The brewer was visiting a department store to explain about his brewery. I'm from deep in the mountains of Kyoto! He explained in good spirits and very politely. We decided to have a drink at a friend's house after the cherry blossom viewing was canceled due to rain. The sake is brewed traditionally and by hand in the village of Kitayama cedars and clear streams. Freshness with a firm sweetness. I also enjoyed the lingering aftertaste.
