I'm not a big fan of the citric acidity, so I've been avoiding it.
The first sip was sour!
It's the most sour sake I've ever had!
Behind the sourness, there is a strong umami and an elegant sweetness.
It's very delicious, but I'm not good at sour sake.
When I drank it before, I was surprised because it was so different from the stereotypical idea of sake, but now I think I can understand why it's so good.
