It was purchased at a local sake shop. The special dealers are filled in because it is annoying. It is a normal purchase as well as the Flaxcat.
It is a perfect "food sake". The alcohol content is 13%, so it goes down well. Sweet aroma and mouthfeel, with a slight "acidity" and "wooden vat" flavor. It shows the character of Shinmasa.
A sake that can be served with both Japanese and Western food.
The ability to tell the story of the "production method" is similar to that of the Jyushiyo Takagi Sake Brewery.
I am ashamed to say that I am aware of the difficulty of "all pesticide-free cultivation" as a production method, but it is impossible to judge completely at the level of the average user.
The price is a little high at 3,740 yen including tax, so we are strict in our evaluation.
The explanation on the label is detailed. I don't read labels that carefully unless I drink at home.

Colors is a series of special fire-brewed sake with different rice used for each brand, brewed at the rice polishing ratio that best appeals to each type of sake rice. All the sake is brewed in wooden vats.
Earth", brewed entirely without pesticides, is the most agriculturally particular of the Colors.
