マナブンOn the way back from seeing the Bonbaito exhibition in Nagahama, I visited a sake brewery in Kinomoto and purchased this sake. I chose Junmai because I thought it would be hot for the funazushi I bought in Nagahama. It warmed up and was the right choice. Not too assertive, but a solid supporting player. It is a reluctant workman.
