Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657
I drank a bottle of sake at a restaurant with good fish dishes, and it matched the food so well that I have been hooked on sake ever since.
When I looked it up on the Internet, I found various references to it as a very tasty sake recommended for beginners! One of them was this Kaze no Mori.
One of them was this Kaze no Mori. It was softly sweet, slightly acidic, and gorgeous, and the fine bubbles that popped happily were very tasty.
I drank it over several days and enjoyed the sensation of it gradually losing its gas and becoming milder, as well as the changes in flavor.
There are many other types of sake available, so I'm looking forward to exploring them all little by little!
