This is a sake brewing company that had a special event at Takashimaya. I decided on it after tasting it, but it was even better today when I had it with sashimi of sea bream and kombujime.
It's hard to describe because I don't know much about it, but it was a dinner where the characteristics of unfiltered raw sake really stood out rather than the expectations of Junmai Ginjo.
