雪之烝Today's bottle. I was attracted by the subtitle and the refreshing light blue bottle of Sou-Natsu Nama-Nazake. I was torn between this and Kaze no Mori's limited edition sake, but the recent heat made Sou-Natsu win out...(^o^)
The sweetness came a little stronger and disappeared quickly in the mouth, followed by a tangy spiciness or bitterness? Bitter taste? It is easy to drink. It is easy to drink. (((o(*▽▽*)o))))
Souzatsu is a beautiful sake well expressed...
