This is a sake from Wakayama.
I bought it at my favorite liquor store at a two-discount price.
(The brewing year is December 2008. Somewhat old.)
Pungent taste that rises to the surface. A little habitual (I haven't tasted much of it).
The flavor rises and disappears in a flash. At any rate, the speed is amazing!
What if I heat it up?
The speed of the spiciness increases even more. In addition, it becomes a little sweeter, so it is more receptive to ate. It's also a little milder, and has more depth.
I think it's better served warm.
In this day and age, and because I'm a single person, I usually drink alone now.
There are no boundaries when drinking alone, so while it's easy, I tend to drink too much.
