Today's sake is "Hometown Futatsu Yama" obtained from Namie Town's hometown tax payment.
This sake is a junmai ginjo made in Namie and re-fermented in Nagai.
Since it is re-finished, it has a strong sweet taste and the mouthfeel is soft and round, but the finish is firm.
Yamagata -> Namie Sea will be there~.
