Yamadanishiki rice from Hirado, the brewery's hometown, is used as the raw material. Unlike dry sake that is merely sharp, this dry sake has a very good balance, starting with a moderate sweetness in the mouth, followed by umami, acidity, and a refreshingly light finish.
Lightly acidic citrus, lychee-like. It has a refreshing aftertaste.
