Slightly carbonated. Aroma of lactic acid bacteria.
I don't know what it is, but it also has a tropical aroma (strong banana).
There is also a slight smell of alcohol.
The first sip is slightly carbonated. The sweetness is similar to that of Kamo Nishiki Kafuda Sake.
The taste is quite dry.
Nigori-like rice sweetness.
On the second day, the sweetness increased.
It is a delicious sake, but I don't think Sengoku is right for my constitution.
