Creamy, fruity nose. Melon, apple, ripe banana, cream, perhaps yoghurt or fresh cheese, berries, rice porridge, and something vaguely nutty.
Really light and clean on the palate. Crisp rice derived umami, very faint hints of fruit and dairy, but mostly cereal notes and a good acidity.
Finish is very short and clean.
Quite simple, but a really good sipper. 3.75/5
