This is Yukiko-cho Daiginjo. We had a little bit of everything in Fukushima to compare drinks. This is delicious! The aroma is really faint, it's smooth like a Niigata sake, and has a profound flavor. I can understand it while comparing three drinks. It's not related to the sake, but I felt the horse-slices from Aizu were more delicious than those from Kumamoto and Matsumoto. Is it because of the sake?
