I heard about this episode from a clerk at Asano Sake Store, who is always helpful to me.
It seems that September 29th is #Manekineko Day because it can be read as "good fortune to come," and we are making sake with a cat motif.
So I had no choice but to drink it on 9/29😊.
The taste is firm, the aroma spreads in the mouth and the throat feels clean, and you can taste the various faces.
