It is a test brewed sake and seems to be super dry with zero sugar.
It is said to be one of the driest and most exciting sake in existence!
Almost no aroma.
Sake by itself is not very tasty...
It's like a sake with snacks!
If you drink this after eating a strong-flavored snack, the aftertaste disappears and it becomes a refreshing palate freshener (laugh).
I think this is a good thing.
