The normal Hououmida is characterized by sweetness and fullness, but the bitterness is added from the beginning to give it a well-balanced fullness and richness, and I feel it is a continuation of the Jyushiyo style. It is said that Jyushidai is good at using bitterness, and bitterness seems to be the key.
I've already drunk more than half of it since I opened it💦.
