Hapi
The label is based on a subdued yellow color with the image of wood and vats, and is designed with a motif of a wooden hoop. This is the first bottle of Shichibonjari brewed in a wooden vat.
It has a clean, dry taste with a slight greenish aftertaste, which is a hint of cedar. The freshness is due to the fact that it is a pure sake? Delicious!
I prefer umami to overly dry sake, but this one has a balance of clean and light sweetness that I like.
I want to cherish the spirit of "seizen keigo".
