I started drinking sake in earnest this year, and I've been dreaming of having a bottle of Jyushiyo someday, and I never thought I'd get to drink it this soon! (Holy shit!)
It's already insanely delicious!
The balance of the beautiful acidity and sweetness from the pleasant gassy sensation, and the smoothness! It's exquisite 😆.
I hope to drink a lot of good sake next year too😇!
