This juicy Junmai Ginjo is carefully brewed using Yamadanishiki for the koji rice and Gohyakumangoku for the Kake rice. The refreshing ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon tickles the nostrils, and the tongue feels the beautiful, moderate sweetness and acidity. It really has a good balance of aromas and flavors.
The careful bottling and heating process has made the gorgeous and calm taste of Hououmita even more lustrous, making this a very high level Junmai Ginjo.
