I think this place has been open less than a year, but the selection of sake is quite good, and I enjoy discovering new brands every time I visit. ❣️
I'm sorry to say that this is the first time I've learned that there is a "Takasago" in Ishikawa Prefecture.
This one was a refreshingly dry and tasty sake that also had strength.
