A light drink with my senpai in the industry. Sake that is more than mellow, more than rich, more than aftertaste, but rather chilled and refreshing, and goes well with sashimi. Sashimi of scorpionfish and sesame snapper (Ishigaki snapper), and deep-fried white shrimp. No photo. This is the kind of sake that goes well with sashimi that is fresher than aged. I left feeling good after drinking 4 gou of sake.
