Returned home and had dinner with my sister and her couple. It was a fun evening with a nice guy.
I looked up a brand of sake that I had never heard of, even though it was local, and found that it was made by a brewery in Handa that had revived its own production after a 21-year absence.
The overall taste was dry but mellow, reminiscent of a melon, with a refreshing aftertaste. It was a fish-centric izakaya, so it went very well in terms of pairing. Add to favorites💯.
The restaurant is "Sora" in Kanayama, Nagoya. We decided to revisit this one as well.
