The last sake at the hotel's sake server was Akebono Oyobata. This is also the first sake from this brewery that we have had.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. It has a traditional sake aroma.
In the mouth, you can feel the complexity of junmai sake, but the mouthfeel is not stimulating.
It has a slightly fruity flavor, and contrary to the image of the aroma, it is very easy to drink.
The quiet drinking in the hotel was very comfortable.
My parents talked with me a lot while drinking whisky, which made our last night together a very memorable one.
