How about a 2-year-old Niigata sake instead? It has the lightness of a light sake at first, but at the end it has an astringency like an aged whiskey. But it is not unpleasant, but part of the complexity. It is easy to drink when heated. This is good. However, I prefer Taku Kanetsuru which I drank before.
