No carbon filtration or water splitting is used to bring out the original mellow flavor of Junmai-shu. After the new sake is pressed, it is immediately heated and bottled. It can be drunk cold or warmed up. It has a soft sweetness that spreads on the palate, giving you the smooth taste of Hiroshima sake.
