Tonight we will have #Eiyoei Issui from #Higashinonoroku Sake Brewery in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo-standard sake made with rice that is not from the same region.
It starts out a little sweet, but soon has a refreshing acidity. I felt it was perfect for the time of year when the temperature is rising.
The price of 1,210 yen (tax included) is great!
