Sake bought on a visit to a sake brewery
I bought it in the summer, but the staff said it was good for heating, so I kept it in the fridge for half a year.
I thought it was time to drink it today, as it was snowing.
It goes well with heated Yudofu!
It's rare to find a heated sake with a good mouthfeel.
It goes better warmed than chilled.
The brewery was very helpful, and it's close to the station, so I'd like to go again!
